Ground Zero New 1/9 Vent Plants

D-Star was awarded a subcontract with Slattery on an MTA/Ground Zero project to waterproof approximately 50,00 Sq Ft. of the subterranean vent plants to facilitate proper ventilation, North and South of Ground Zero, between W. Broadway and Park Place and Albany and Greenwich. The project period is 2/2003 to 6/2004, and its value is $500,000

Reconstruction of the FDR Drive from E.53rd St to E. 64th Street

D-Star is a subcontractor to Slattery on a NY State Dept. of Transportation project to reconstruct a section of the FDR Drive from 53rd to 63rd Streets. D-Star is charged with providing membrane waterproofing of the new temporary roadway, and saw cutting and joint sealing services of the old and new roadways after which it will apply a protective sealer on the entire (old and new) roadway. The project period is 8/2002 to 4/2007, and its value is $400,000
